Vialet combines her expertise in education and spirituality to create a scholarly approach to teaching spiritual programs. Most instructors deliver programs that are aligned with their own learning style. It is important to design programs that reach a broader audience and style.

  • In-person Offering: This program requires that you attend four (4) classes.
  • Online Offering: You may move through the program at your own pace. You will still be required to complete all the coursework.

I would highly recommend that you preview all the sections that are available before purchasing the class. I have set these for public view to allow you to have a deeper view of the program. This program is similar to an accelerated college course. It will provide you with the business tools to build a solid foundation for teaching courses and programs in the spiritual industry as well as business.

OBJECTIVES

This program supports the individual in designing and delivering a class. Students are required to take an idea for a class through the design phase, develop the structure and delivery methods, and create all the elements to pitch their class.

  • Design an adult education program with learning objectives, goals, and expected benefits.
  • Evaluate the benefits of in-person and online offerings.
  • Learn about market value, pricing strategies, and strategic approaches for your programs.
  • Design your Media Kit and create professional bios.
  • Gain insights on the different marketing approaches.
  • Develop a diverse marketing strategy for your programs.
  • Conduct a cost and revenue analysis with estimated return on investment calculations.
  • Gain an understanding of ROI for your programs.

Her mission is to provide individuals with the tools and resources to empower their lives. Vialet is a transformational healer, business coach, author, speaker, and teacher.

Vialet received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. She has been designing and delivering educational programs for over twenty years. She was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” by the University of Phoenix in San Diego, California for her innovative teaching style in the graduate and undergraduate programs she taught.

Vialet has designed, implemented and facilitated in-class and online professional development programs for managers and executives for several organizations including a Fortune 500 company. Her expertise is focused on business management, human resources, leadership, marketing, financial planning, and much more.

COURSE COMPLETION

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the online program. It must be 100% complete.
  • Successful completion of ALL the Coursework: Homework Deliverables listed above.

COURSEWORK

When this class is taught in-person, it is offered as a four (4) class series. The program is structured in four parts with eight modules. This program will require each of the students to complete this coursework to earn a Certificate of Completion:

CLASS #1: HOMEWORK DELIVERABLE

  • SPEAKING/STORYTELLING: Speak on an assigned topic while integrating storytelling practices in the deliverable.
    • In-person: You will deliver this assignment in-person during Class #2. Students are required to provide feedback to other students.
    • Online: You may record the assignment and load it on YouTube or Vimeo as a private video. Instructions included in the course. Send Vialet the link to the private video at [email protected].
  • COMPETITIVE SHOP: Take the time to inquire about renting classrooms at several locations.
    • In-person: This is a group assignment to be handed in on Class #2.

  • SYLLABUS: Draft a syllabus for your class idea. The syllabus is for handing out to students and providing all the information in course marketing post.
    • In-person: You may bring your assignment to Class #2.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE OPENING: Drafting an administrative class opening. This would be used at the beginning of each class.

  • MARKETING PLAN/STRATEGY: You will identify five approaches that you will commit to marketing your programs.
    • In-person: You may bring your assignment to Class #4.

  • COST ANALYSIS: Conducting a cost and revenue analysis on a class that you plan to offer to your community including setting the class price.

Thank you for purchasing this course. These guidelines define the expectations and guidelines for the course.

LIFETIME ACCESS

You will have access to this class for the lifetime of the course. As the creator, I do not have a guarantee of my life span, the timeline of the course application, internet access, etc. However, you will continue to have access until the course is no longer available.

All the registered students will be notified at least sixty days prior to the course being archived, retired, deleted, transferred, etc. If the course is updated or moved, you will be notified and given access to the new updated course materials, with the exception of the book.

REFUND POLICY
